US Shipping & Delivery

All domestic US orders are prepared and dispatched from our New York fulfillment facility. We partner with FedEx Express and UPS Ground to ensure tracked and insured transit.

• Complimentary Shipping: Automatically applied to all US orders with a subtotal of $200.00 USD or greater.
• Standard Ground ($15.00 USD): 3 to 5 business days transit time.
• FedEx 2-Day ($25.00 USD): Guaranteed 2 business days after fulfillment.
• Processing Window: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship same business day.

Returns & Exchanges Protocol

We uphold a 14-day return privilege starting from the timestamp of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our seasonal production drops, pieces must meet the following criteria:

• Garments must remain in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with original woven atelier tags attached.
• Original dust packaging must accompany the return.
• Prepaid return shipping labels are generated through our online return portal. A $10.00 USD restocking and return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds.
• Exchanges for alternate sizes in the same style are processed with complimentary return shipping, subject to inventory availability.

Terms of Service

Whenever Atelier reserves the right to limit order quantities on restricted edition releases. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales taxes are determined based on your delivery address and displayed during final checkout.

Privacy & Data Discretion

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data. Email addresses collected through our private register are used solely for drop notifications and fulfillment communications. We do not sell or monetize personal customer records to third-party ad brokers.
